Marc Lewis has been renting apartments for us for nearly twenty-five years. Obviously if you stick with somebody for that long there are reasons. Service is one of those reasons. If I list an apartment with Marc, he takes care of all the details and all of the required paperwork, from picking up keys to delivering fully executed leases and checks. I can rely on Marc to locate a quality tenant with sufficient income, references, employment and guarantors. On occasion I have used other brokers, but with some of them I felt it necessary to double check the tenant's application; with Marc I'd just be wasting my time.
