Eighty Sixth Street New York, New York 10028 To Whom it May Concern, As a Columbia Business School student, there were several factors that guided my search for an apartment. These factors included overall cost, quality of neighborhood, and proximity to public transportation. To begin my search, a close friend referred me to Mike Blass at Mark Lewis Realty. After initially consulting with Mike, he showed me a wide array of apartments that fit the description of what I was looking for. I was surprised at the breadth and selection of apartments that Mike had at his fingertips and, perhaps more importantly, at how patient Mike was. This was my first apartment, and Mike was great about guiding me through the process. Ultimately, after only one day of looking, I decided on a great 1-bedroom apartment 5 minutes from the subway station. Searching for an apartment is not an easy task. It requires patience and a great deal of luck. Nevertheless, I can't overlook the critical role Mike and the Mark Lewis Realty played in my quest for the best apartment. I have recommended this tandem to all of my friends who find themselves looking for an apartment.
